The  NBJ16 series precision boring head can reach a rotational speed of 1600 rpm. The actual rotational speed for the small diameter can reach 2400 rpm. For small holes, the measured value is approximately 10mm (using an internal diameter micrometer, with a 20mm height of 0.003 inches). The inserts should be of a precision grade R with a small diameter. For the final boring operation, a diameter of 0.05mm is chosen. If cutting, the selection for one side can be made according to the instruction manual.
